A GIANT DOG is all the great things about merge records' history in a band form. The description on the front of the record has got to be an inside joke comparing the record to slade, marc bolan and even sparks which describes GIUDA's sound more than this album. This record makes me think the band recorded this teetering on the edge of a cliff in chapel hill, taunting the bloodthirsty jagged rocks below
